1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Tesla VIP JO app or website, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to any of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Tesla VIP JO provides a platform connecting service providers (captains) with customers. Our services include passenger transport, package delivery, roadside maintenance, and other services listed in the app.

3. Registration and Account

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and all activities under your account.

4. Pricing Policy

Displayed prices include all fees. Prices may vary based on time of request and geographic area. The app will show you the final price before confirming your order.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

Orders can be cancelled for free within the first 2 minutes. After a captain accepts the request, you may cancel without charge before 2 minutes have elapsed. After that, a cancellation fee may apply.

6. Liability and Insurance

Tesla VIP JO acts as an intermediary between customers and captains. All captains have valid insurance. The company assumes liability within the limits prescribed by Jordanian law.

7. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. Your data is used only to provide services and improve your experience. We will not sell or share your data with third parties without your consent.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. You will be notified of any material changes via the app or email. Continuing to use the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, and any dispute shall be resolved before the competent Jordanian courts.
